AEXONI LTD ("AEXONI," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that data. It applies to the website at aexoni.com and any AEXONI Expert Advisor product or service.
1. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data: your email address and (optionally) your name, used to create and manage your customer account.
- Purchase data: the products you have purchased, the date and amount of each purchase, and the payment processor's transaction reference. We do not store your full payment card details, these are handled directly by Stripe.
- License data: the MetaTrader 5 account number you bind your license to, the broker name (where provided), and license validation timestamps.
- Communication data: emails you send to support@aexoni.com or messages submitted through our contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through privacy friendly analytics.
2. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the licensed product (issuing license keys, validating EA installations, processing MetaTrader 5 account changes).
- To process purchases, refunds, and customer support requests.
- To send transactional emails (welcome message, license key, refund confirmation, product update notifications).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized redistribution of our software.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations under Singapore law.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
3. Legal bases for processing
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to deliver the product and services you have purchased.
- Legitimate interests: to maintain a secure and functional product and to prevent fraud.
- Legal obligation: where required by Singapore law or other applicable jurisdictions.
- Consent: where you have explicitly opted in (e.g., to a newsletter).
4. Third parties we share data with
- Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- Supabase: secure database and authentication infrastructure.
- Vercel: website hosting and content delivery.
- Myfxbook: public verified track record (no personal customer data is shared with Myfxbook).
Each of these processors operates under their own privacy commitments and applicable data protection laws. We require all processors to handle your data securely and only for the purposes for which it was provided.
5. Data retention
We retain account, purchase, and license data for as long as your AEXONI account is active and for up to seven (7) years thereafter to comply with Singapore tax and accounting requirements. Communication logs are retained for two (2) years. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Security
We use industry standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, scoped access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies for essential site functionality (login session, cart, etc.) and privacy friendly analytics that do not track you across sites or identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies or third party trackers.
9. International transfers
AEXONI LTD is based in Singapore. Some of our processors (Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Supabase) operate globally and may store data in jurisdictions outside Singapore. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
10. Children
AEXONI products are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to existing customers by email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect.
